I am a registered social worker with more than 15 years experience. I also have training in play therapy (level 3), EMDR (basic training), EMDR sandtray protocol, CBT, and mindfulness. I mostly work with children and adolescents, and their parents, that might be dealing with emotional issues, behavioural issues or mental health issues. I also work with adults that have experience trauma by providing EMDR therapy.
