Everyone experiences times in their lives when they are not the best version of themselves. Taking the steps to be at your best can be difficult and overwhelming. Talking to someone and engaging in some physical activity can make the journey easier. I offer walk/run and talk therapy. I also offer in person, over the phone and online sessions

The office is located at 95 Millennium Blvd Suite 302 Parking is located at the right of building - Near the Drive and Ride sign The building entrance is located on Millennium Drive When walking from the parking lot, please go to the second door Proceed down the stairs and turn left at the bottom of the stairs Walk to the end of the building to another set up stairs The office entrance is located at the top of the stairs Please note: If your appointment is after 5pm, the door will be locked. Please wait at the door and I will open the door 2-3 mins before your appointment.
