I am a registered social worker and have been providing mental health and supportive counselling services within my community for over 35 years. I believe it is important to develop an individual plan with each person who reaches out for help. People reach out for counselling with different reasons and sometimes they haven't been able to take time to fully understand their goals. I've learned to take the time to get a common understanding of the work so we are both on the same page. We need to do this before we get talking too much. I am honoured to have worked with thousands of clients.
