Description
My practice has developed over 30 years with those in conflict with the law, mental health and/or addictions (forensic psychiatry), sexual trauma and/or violence. Areas of focus are not limited to life transitions, domestic violence and abuse with a special interest in issues intersecting with faith-based institutions. I am trauma informed in my approach alongside perspectives such as client centered, attachment, narrative, strengths perspective and mindfulness. This is a safe and non-judgmental place to speak about your issues. Reach out- let's talk!

Summary
The impact of the difficult and traumatic experiences in life is what we will navigate through together at SISU. For over 30 years, I have developed my skills and knowledge working with those in conflict with the law (forensic psychiatry), mental health and addictions, and individuals impacted by sexual violence. I have a special interest in working with men's mental health, religious trauma/abuse, and clinical supervision services. I approach my work through a trauma informed perspective alongside perspectives such as attachment theory, narrative, somatic and mindfulness.
