Description
We live storied lives. My approach to therapy co-explores how life is multi-storied – to understand the dominant stories and their effects but also, to co-construct and thicken more complex, multi-stranded, and preferred alternative stories. I support people navigate themes of identity, workplace stress, academic pressure, family dynamics, and relationships. I am curious, collaborative, and de-pathologizing in my approach. I am passionate about mental health and wellness for people from diverse communities. My practice is Trauma-Informed, Self-Reflexive, and Anti-Racist.
