Description

I have been a counsellor for the past 25 years and in private practice for 15 years.  I am passionate about working with the mind and body and have been a somatic therapist for the past 15 years.  I have my certification in Integrative Body Psychotherapy and I have completed my advanced training in Somatic Experiencing.  I continue to study with Kathy Kain and Steve Terrell.  I believe that healing and transformation need to include the body in therapy for lasting change.

Summary

I work out of the Fish Creek Executive Centre in Midnapore in South East Calgary.  The office is located on the third floor of the building.  There is a kitchen in the waiting area you can access free tea or coffee.  Washrooms are accessible with a code that you can get from the front desk.  Please check in with the receptionist when you arrive and they will contact me to let me know you have arrived.  There are several visitor spots for parking by the front door and you are welcome to use spots that are designated as Fish Creek Executive Centre.
