At Seedlings, we strive to help children, youth and families overcome life's challenges by offering professional services specific to each individual's needs. We take time to get to know you in developing a customized counselling plan that will help you, your child and family flourish. Our person centered approach allows us to draw from a variety of effective counselling techniques and models - including play therapy, CBT, and expressive therapies - in order to gently guide you, your child, and family through an effective, evidence informed and holistic process of healing and growth.
