aleesa Thomas is a Registered Social Worker with the OCSWSSW and a member of the OASW. Jaleesa received her Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor and has provided psychotherapy and psychoeducation in non-profit, private, public, and community settings. Jaleesa has experience in the field working with people who have faced racism, discrimination, or marginalization. Jaleesa is trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities including, but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectic Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
