Description
I work with individuals 19+ who are dealing with issues such as anger, anxiety, burnout, depression, family of origin issues, phobias, stress, trauma, and life changes to name a few. I understand that everyone is unique and there is no “one size fits all” approach to effective therapy. I love to listen and am dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where we can work together. I am so inspired by those that I work with: my clients are my greatest teachers, and I look forward to working collaboratively with you to meet your goals.
