I'm honored to be considered for part of your journey. I work from a client-centered approach with a focus on somatic experiencing in relation to mental well-being. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and families with over 10 years of experience in the field. I have training my Trauma Sensitive Yoga and am a certified Yoga Instructor and EMDR.
