I believe mental health is an ever-changing journey and sometimes we need a guide for support. I consider it an honour to be your guide, as we work together to consider the whole person. In collaboration, we can explore your unique needs and the experiences that shape who you are. I have worked in mental health for 10-years predominately with children, youth, young adults, families, and those within the 2SLGBTQIA+ population. I specialize in these populations with a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, stress, suicidal thought, and self-harm.
