She has extensive experience providing counselling to address a number of issues such as addiction, anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship problems. Marilyn has specialized experience working with family members who are concerned about a loved one’s addiction and mental health.

Marilyn draws from her skill set in cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.
