Feeling stuck? What if you no longer felt held back, and finally felt empowered in your life? Using CBT, MBSR and other modalities, I provide client-centred, goal-focused support to adults experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, chronic pain, issues around self-esteem and confidence. I have experience and special interest supporting people experiencing panic and anxiety attacks, phobias, OCD and trauma related mental health experiences. If you're feeling immobilized by any of the above, I’m here and can help.
