Do you have thoughts like “I’m not good enough”? Is pain from your past or worries about the future making it hard to stay present? Know you are not alone. 

I work with a variety of therapy approaches including narrative therapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). When it comes to therapy, there is no one-size-fits-all.
