Description
Welcome to the first step in exploring and creating change in your life. Like a car, we as humans also need to maintain ourselves in order for us to perform well. Attending therapy sessions are your oil changes, engaging in self-care practices is filling your tank, and although challenges may come your way out of nowhere like a flat tire, together we can build a toolbox of support to help you overcome them. Through a narrative, person-centred, and anti-oppressive approach, I am here to sit in the passenger seat and help you drive your car as you navigate life and make meaningful change.
