Ian is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) as well as the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW) and the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). Ian received his Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Social Work from York University, and an Honours Bachelor degree in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario.

Summary
Since 2007, I have provided clinical counselling services to individuals, couples and families with a variety of challenges. In my experience, I have found that the best way to help people activate their own resources for insight and change is through an integrative style that is non-confrontational, yet challenging. I am able to blend evidence-based practices with humanistic and insight-oriented techniques to empower people to reach their goals.
