Description

For the past decade I have supported women and their children to manage and overcome depressive symptoms, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, and a variety of other life challenges. I have a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours), a Trauma Treatment Certificate, and I’m a Registered Social Worker. I come to the table with a kind heart, a very compassionate and focused mind, but I also bring a sense of honesty and trust into everything I do. My counselling style incorporates Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Solution Focused treatments.

Our mission is to empower parents and families as they navigate the journey of fertility, pregnancy, birth and parenthood through expert healthcare, education, and community.

We have created a gathering place for mothers and families with one purpose - to help mothers and families thrive. Parenthood can be hard. We’re committed to making it easier. We’re here to help mothers and families create their village while receiving support from the most experienced, understanding, and passionate healthcare professionals and educators.
