Brittany is a registered social worker (MSW, RSW) providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families. Brittany works to establish positive and trusting relationships, alongside the implementation of agreed upon treatments which may include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Grief Counselling & Motivational Interviewing. Brittany will work with you to promote and support a collaborative and strengths-based approach to helping you cope. “
