I have 25 years of clinical experience working with adolescents, young adults and their families - supporting everyone to manage as well as they can in challenging times. I approach all discussions from a strengths-based perspective; with warmth, empathy, a sense of humour and a strong belief that clients of all ages and life stages are able to write their own stories. I have interest and expertise in the fields of: anxiety, depression, parenting and school consultation as well as with associated stress and life experiences that can challenge both adolescents and adults.
