Janet’s approach to treatment integrates therapies that include Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapies, specifically Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) & Cognitive Processing Therapy. Her approach incorporates Life Coaching & Mindfulness strategies to support individuals to attain specific goals.
