Description
I offer a respectful, collaborative approach that promotes personal insights, acceptance and self-compassion. We will explore emotions and needs through an attachment lens to uncover patterns of thinking, expressing and communicating. In couple and family therapy I will work with you and your loved one(s) to explore the multi-dimensional emotion dynamics that influence communication and connection. I taught at Centennial College and Durham College in the Addictions and Mental Health graduate certificate program, supervising graduate students completing practica in a teaching hospital.
