Description
My specialty focuses on queer issues, anxiety, depression, post-trauma symptoms, work-related stress, and post-separation parental counselling. Clients often come to me feeling disconnected from themselves, others, or the life they desire, and unsure how to start making changes. Together, I'll help you understand your emotions, explore what matters most to you, and move towards a life that feels more connected and aligned. My practice is inclusive, trauma-informed, and responsive to the complexities of your lived experience, prioritizing your values, culture, and goals throughout our work.
