Description

My aim as a therapist is to provide compassion and presence for you to feel emotionally safe enough to move through growth and change. It can be difficult opening up to someone new. I will be there for you to help you process and make sense of your experiences, and also provide experiential tools and practices to help you cope. Everyone is unique and there isn’t one approach that fits everyone equally. I therefore work integratively, utilizing aspects of Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
