Lenny has nearly 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. He has extensive training in various therapeutic approaches, including the Satir Model, the Focusing Approach, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Throughout his experience, he has found that people expend a lot of energy on internal and interpersonal struggles. His clients have helped him realize that once they have become more self-understanding, self-accepting, and self-compassionate, their issues can be resolved more effectively.
