Provider information
Description
I believe that my most important therapy tool is the relationship between myself and my clients. It is through the safety of this relationship that all else can be explored. I believe that our emotions, moods, and bodies hold valuable information about who we are. We won’t be learning quick strategies to coping, conflict resolution or emotion management, but instead we will slow down and work to uncover the underlying patterns that drive our perceptions of the world, our relationships with others, and our relationship with ourselves.
