Welcome! My name is Frank Pew and I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist.

I have been providing mental health care to adolescents and adults for the past 15 years and believe in compassionate clinical care that is guided by evidence. 

My practice is focused on helping people optimize their mental and emotional health and to have healthier relationships with themselves and others. In addition to the areas of expertise, I have a special interest in working with performance mindset, perfectionism, and men's mental health.
