I help people navigate challenges to have a more fulfilled life experience. Our conversations can support you through life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, or when seeking to improve your general outlook and develop healthier, more functional personal habits. My approach is candid and collaborative, intentionally anti-oppressive and 2SLGBTQ+ affirming. I have extensive experience working with life transitions and specific training in treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation to connect and make sure we're a good fit to work together
