I have an interest in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, burnout, and life challenges. I also specialize in supporting survivors of trauma and work to ensure they are nurtured through their healing journey. There is hope for healing and regulating uncomfortable and difficult emotions. My areas of expertise are in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT).
