As a social worker and a creative arts therapist, I have focused on the relationship between the body and mental health. As a culturally-sensitive practitioner, I have worked with families from backgrounds culturally different from my own. As a former elementary school teacher, I understand childhood development and the challenges children face at school. As a former high school guidance counsellor, I have experience working with adolescents and their parents as they navigate developmental and life transitions.
