Description
Sarah believes in a strengths-based and collaborative approach to counseling that explores practical solutions towards change. As a practitioner, researcher, and professor, Sarah knows there is no one-size-fits-all therapeutic intervention. She borrows from several theoretical and practice frameworks including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, psychodynamic, attachment, empowerment and intersectionality. Sarah’s priority is to create a warm, engaging and non-judgmental environment so clients feel safe exploring their concerns.
