Offering DBT and Radically Open DBT! Are you always extremely organized? Do you put 110% into your work and set high personal standards? Good for you! These traits are often applauded by society, and those around us, however, research shows that “too much of a good thing” can lead to other problems such as chronic depression, anxiety, anorexia nervosa, and obsessive-compulsive personality disorder. If you are someone who is using self harm to cope, or experiencing suicidal thoughts and urges, I am here to support as well.
