I know that life can be tough. It has a way of making us forget what our strengths are. I provide a safe place and use supportive psychotherapy to help clients, like yourself, re-discover their own strengths and resilience to live a life with joy. I practice with a strengths-based, client directed approach that allows clients to determine what their goals are then provide them with tools to reach them. Issues where I might be helpful include: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Pain Management, Trauma, Grief and Loss, Relationships, Addictions and the stress of everyday life.
