My goal is to ensure that you are supported in a way that is best suited for you. My approach to therapy is holistic, where I foster balance for the body, mind, and spirit through strengths-based, trauma-informed, reflective, and anti-oppressive frameworks. There are several methodologies that I am knowledgeable of including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and narrative therapy.
