Description

As a psychotherapist, I have experience working with both adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges including mood and anxiety disorders, emotion dysregulation, and issues with self-esteem. I also support clients through navigating relationship difficulties, life transitions, school/work stress, and burnout.

My counselling style draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, mindfulness and self-compassion-based approaches.
