Olivia is a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with youth, and 3 years of experience supporting women transitioning into motherhood. She uses Somatic Experiencing, and Self compassion tools in sessions with a focus on inner child healing. Her main areas of focus include: - youth experiencing anxiety and concerns related to body image and confidence - difficult pregnancies - traumatic birth experiences - coping with postpartum challenges - evolving beliefs - chronic stress and anxiety - work and career wounds "I believe that everyone deserves a warm connection
