Description
For over 20 years, I've dedicated my career to supporting children, youth, and young adults as they confront challenges like anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, and grief. My approach to therapy emphasizes the power of a therapeutic relationship built on authenticity, collaboration, and a safe, supportive environment. I believe in focusing on each client's strengths and resilience, guiding them towards tools and skills that manage life's challenges. Change is inevitable, but you don't have to face it alone. I'm here to help you on your journey towards healing and growth.
