Jess has spent the last four years supporting survivors of abuse and trauma and building clinical experience in crisis intervention. She is adept at collaborative problem solving, risk assessments, and safety planning as having worked in a variety of mental health crisis response settings. Jess is dedicated to cultivating a client centered environment where you feel comfortable considering new perspectives and tailoring your life to your values. Jess is excited to support clients 18+ in working through self harm, suicidal ideation, trauma, anxiety, stress, and depression.
