Elora primarily supports individuals, couples, and youth struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, substance misuse, and/or relationship challenges. Elora is a proud ally of the 2SLGBTQ+ community. Elora's several years of experience and training include supporting survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, incest, and sexual abuse of all kinds. Her empathetic and compassionate approach is bolstered by her lived experience with mental health and trauma. She recognizes the pain you are experiencing because she has been there too and believes recovery is possible.
