Description
I am a Registered Social Worker with Master’s degree from Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia Canada. As a Community Mental Health Therapist, I believe that people living with mental health challenges need to be supported with resources they need to navigate their challenges. My goal is to collaborate with you respectfully and empower you with renewed insight for healing. I know that seeking help can be very challenging during difficult times, hence I come from a position of empathy and compassion to meet the need of my clients. I also offer spiritual and culture-informed therapy.
