Description
I have over 4 years of social work and counselling experience including individual, couples and family therapy for a variety of ages and concerns including mental health issues, addictions, trauma, grief/loss and relationship challenges. I have a special interest in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma; I am qualified to practice EMDR and will be completing a Trauma Certificate from Wilfrid Laurier University this year. My priority when providing therapy is upholding your right to have a safe, caring and non-judgmental space to share, heal and be validated.
