I bring 17 years of experience supporting adults, families, children and youth who are experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. My open and accepting approach puts clients and their needs first, creating a positive counseling experience. I recognize the courage it takes to share your life experience and I will allow you to do so in a safe and caring environment. I believe that change is always possible and that everyone has the ability to learn new ways to cope with difficult experiences.
