I am passionate about engaging children, youth and young adults in therapy. Through a strength-based, collaborative and down-to-earth approach I connect with my clients in a genuine way. I know reaching out for support is not easy and that it takes a lot of courage. I am here to create a safe, non-judgmental space as you work towards your mental health goals. I have been providing mental health support to children, youth, adults and families for over 10 years.
