Description

I have always believed that I am a natural born helper and someone who is passionate about supporting and empowering others. 

Although my specialty is supporting neurodiverse individuals and those struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and self-harm, I also support those struggling with low self-esteem, parenting and/or relationship issues, eating disorders, conflict resolution as well as provide gender affirming care. I have an eclectic, evidence-based and trauma-informed approach to treatment, utilizing a variety of modalities.
