Description

I have varied experience working closely with youth & adults struggling with addictions, trauma, anxiety, depression, acute & chronic emotional dysregulation, self esteem issues, parenting struggles, & more.
I approach my work from a trauma-informed lens & value the importance of creating a safe, nonjudgmental, & welcoming space for all. Supporting a parent with a mental illness & having ADHD myself, I understand the detrimental impacts stigma can cause on a personal level. Therefore, I am invested in creating these spaces not only from a professional stand point, but also a personal one.
