Description
I see therapy as a way for each person to address their needs while building a trusting and open relationship with the people around them. It is important to listen to our own needs and offer support for each other in times of need. Brené Brown states that “We don’t have to do it all alone. We were never meant to.” Everyone experiences different things in their lives, we just need to be able to hear and see the person beyond their experiences. My greatest belief in life is that if you give the capacity for growth and change, anyone has a chance at experiencing it no matter the journey.
