I am a registered social worker, with experience in clinical social work and psychotherapy practices. I graduated with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Toronto, a college graduate diploma in Addiction and Mental Health from Durham College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sexuality, Marriage and Family Studies from the University of Waterloo. I hold myself to a high standard of practice, focusing on compassionate, client-centred care. I have certifications in CBT, IPT, and experience with DBT, EFT, and Motivational Interviewing.
