Description
I provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, children, and adolescents. I work to establish positive and trusting relationships, alongside the implementation of agreed upon treatments. My specialty is utilizing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other therapeutic modalities for symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Panic, OCD, and more. During my time as a social worker and therapist, I have had the opportunity to guide and support clients through their healing journeys. I continuously work to promote and support a collaborative and strengths-based approach with my clients.
