Description
I work with adults and children and youth age 7+. I work with parents and caregivers of children of all ages. I believe in the power of connection to heal, and I’m passionate about collaborating with people like you to help them feel seen, uncover the reasons for their struggles, and help them feel better. I believe we all have existing strengths and courage within us, and I want to help you use and build upon those within yourself to live your best life possible. I hope to help you feel more in control of your life and find more happiness, confidence, and fulfillment.

Summary
We believe that many mental health disorders and diagnoses are reactions to underlying issues such as trauma, grief, or systematic oppression, rather than innate. While some mental health disorders are biological in nature and innate, for many people, symptoms develop as coping strategies. If we address the underlying issue, we can address the need for those coping mechanisms. We create space to understand people and their stories by looking beyond symptoms and diagnoses. We provide counselling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
