Description
My approach to therapy is a collaborative one built on a strong and trusting relationship. I am here to support you in exploring and gaining a deeper understanding of the thoughts, feelings, or challenging experiences that have brought you to seek therapy. In doing so, we can work to uncover narratives that support your well-being, and skills that will help you move forwards toward more peace and contentment in your relationships with yourself and others.

Summary
We believe that many mental health disorders and diagnoses are reactions to underlying issues such as trauma, grief, or systematic oppression, rather than innate. While some mental health disorders are biological in nature and innate, for many people, symptoms develop as coping strategies. If we address the underlying issue, we can address the need for those coping mechanisms. We create space to understand people and their stories by looking beyond symptoms and diagnoses. We provide counselling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
