Description
I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages (5+). In my 35+ years of professional practice I have noticed stress levels peak and reduce our capacity for resilience. I believe that mental health support is for everyone and I am that trusted guide to co-create the best path forward with you. I offer you an authentic and warm approach to counselling. This is based upon my core value of integrity as you share your vulnerable moments with me. I operate from a wide lens to determine the best strategies to reach your goals.

Summary
We believe that many mental health disorders and diagnoses are reactions to underlying issues such as trauma, grief, or systematic oppression, rather than innate. While some mental health disorders are biological in nature and innate, for many people, symptoms develop as coping strategies. If we address the underlying issue, we can address the need for those coping mechanisms. We create space to understand people and their stories by looking beyond symptoms and diagnoses. We provide counselling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
